Special update Duns#

Breaking News about how to apply for government contracts and grants! Our clients are our first priority - that’s why we want to keep you up to date on changes that may affect your business, we’re prioritizing your needs to help you gain access to more business funding, and much more. DUNS numbers are being replaced by UEI numbers aka Unique Entity Identifiers. Now when you apply for gov contracts & programs you're going to need a UEI number for the government contracting system, SAM.gov. If you already registered your business in SAM.gov, you're going to get a UEI number automatically. If you haven't registered your business yet when you go and register, you'll get a UEI number to use on your grant and contracting applications. You still need a DUNS number to build business credit because Dun & Bradstreet is the largest business credit reporting bureau. That's a fact! Continue to pay off your business bills and credit cards. Don’t stop building your trade lines to boost your business credit score. So basically, your DUNS number still matters. Just not for government opportunities. Got it? OK. Now listen up! I’m teaching virtual 1:1 and group sessions about these changes and more to my Grants Course students on April 23 book your session if you are interested in learning more. You will also get my grant list 500 grants in all 50 states, template, proposal, and budget sheet. Spots are limited!
